The results of our recent Net Promoter Score are in, and it’s great news!
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague.
At Longhurst, we pride ourselves on being a multi-award ‘Client Engagement’ firm, with the majority of our new client introductions coming from existing client referrals.
