First England cap for squash master

We’re extremely proud to share news about one of the Longhurst team, Debbie Locke, who recently made her debut for the ladies over-50s England team in the Home Internationals Masters Squash tournament 2024, against Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The England team travelled to Dublin in April for the competition, fielding a very strong O50 ladies team, and made light work of the competition to bring home the gold medals. Debbie kept her debut nerves in check to win all 3 of her matches.
Debbie only joined the Masters circuit at the beginning of the 23/24 season, so did well to win her first cap for England on her first attempt. She’s looking forward to the 24/25 season and will be fighting hard to earn her second England cap.
