International winner – Excellence in Client Service

We couldn’t be prouder to confirm that last month Longhurst won the UK ‘Excellence in Client Service Award’ in the International Adviser Best Practice Awards 2022.
The judges said that the winning entry was superb. It showed what excellence is in client service. The judges were impressed with the services offered to our clients as well as the personal touches.
Now in its sixth year, the International Adviser Best Practice Awards (partnered by Morningstar Wealth Platform) are designed to recognise, showcase, and celebrate top-class advisers’ achievements and transitions when it comes to incorporating best practice within the industry.
As with previous years, the awards are spread across UK, Europe, South Africa, Middle East and East Asia with 12 categories covering every aspect of business, from front-line advice to back-office support.
Our business was up against some of the UK’s longest standing firms.
