I’m delighted to have recently completed an online training programme to further develop my interpersonal skills with the clients and household’s that employ us here at Longhurst.
The training was overseen by Quiver Management, who have developed a course for financial planners who want to improve the quality of conversations with their clients and build long-term client relationships.
In the series I developed core coaching skills in the further areas:
- Improving client conversations
- Understanding our clients better
- Improving our service delivery
- Helping our clients achieve financial well-being
- Developing stronger initial relationships with new clients
- Creating a prosperous practice based on long-term client relationships
I would highly endorse all financial planners experience this form of online training – you’re never too old to become wiser and better at what you do 🙂
