We couldn’t be happier to announce that Longhurst Limited has been awarded the status of Top Rated Firm 2020, and I Top Rated Adviser 2020, by The Times newspaper this weekend.
And, it’s all because our wonderful clients have left lots of 5-star reviews on the testimony site, VouchedFor.
We were equally delighted to read that Longhurst was one of only 16 firms in the UK to achieve this status.
As a small, privately owned firm, it’s an amazing achievement and a result of lots of hard work and dedication to delivering value to our households. With an overall testimony score of 4.8 out of 5, we also sit in the top tier of client ratings, making this whole award a phenomenal success.
As described in The Times last weekend; to achieve Top Rated status we had to make a commitment to be transparent by inviting clients to review us and being measured on our response rate to invite from those sent out. This is a true testament to our clients, and we are very grateful to all those who left reviews.
We also had to meet VouchedFor’s extensive checks. These include:
- Checking advisers are regulated by their accreditation bodies
- Certifying their independent status, service by service
- Checking advisers’ location and contact details
- Uploading qualification certificates which are spot-checked to ensure they are genuine
- Checking client reviews are genuine
- Spot-checking each 10th review that is submitted onto the site
I’ve personally received this accreditation before, but for me this year takes us to the next level. To be celebrating as both a Top Rated firm and a Top Rated Adviser is simply amazing.
